Halloween 2009

Hi!  We are the Hartman Family.  Dad (Darren), Mom (Michelle-not pictured), twins Lindsay and Gabe (7 years old), Hannah (almost 6) and Fayeth (pronounced FAITH age 4).  This site is dedicated to our medical journey with craniosynostosis, chiari malformation, pseudotumor cerebri (aka intracranial hypertension), dysautonomia and questionable syringomyelia.  On another page we will go into further detail of these disorders.  

The Daddy

Darren is a pharmacist. His degree comes in handy along the way on our journey.  He loves to hunt and fish.  He is a devoted Daddy and volunteers with the local ballet company that the children perform with.  

The Oldest

Lindsay, the oldest of all the kids by 8 (LONG) minutes.  She is an avid reader and dancer.  She is in Brownies.  

The Middle One

Hannah is almost 6.  She loves to read, color and dance.  She is the proverbial middle child.  She is Mommy's cuddle bug and is a very compassionate soul.

I am Michelle.  I am the Mommy.  I am a nurse, turned  stay at home mom and teacher.  I volunteer in the kids activities and with the local ballet company and studio.  

The Boy

Gabe is our only boy.  He loves anything Math and Science.  He also is a dancer and loves to perform.
